Creating a Jodoo Account

Introduction

Before you use Jodoo, you need to create a Jodoo account.

The following is an example to create a Jodoo account.

1. Complete the mobile phone verification.

Click Start Free Trial, and fill in your mobile number and verification code. Then click Sign up to create an account.

Note:

1. If you fail to complete the mobile phone verification, click Click here located at the bottom of the sign-up page. This will take you to the email verification process.

2. Here is the list of telephone country codes that Jodoo currently supports: Singapore: +65, Malaysia: +60, Indonesia: +62, Philippines: +63, Taiwan: +886, Hongkong: +852, Macau: +853, and China Mainland: +86.

2. Create/join a team.

Based on your actual needs, you can create/join a company/team:

  • Create a company/team: You need to fill in your Business Name, select the Industry, and select What do you want to manage so that Jodoo can provide you with customized templates. Then click Next.
  • Join a company/team: If you are told to use Jodoo, or if your colleagues are using the platform and you need to join the company or team, you can go to Join Company/Team. Then you will serve as a collaborator for the company or team.

3. Complete information.

Fill in What's your name, select What's your role, and select How did you find us to complete your information. Then click Go to Jodoo to start using Jodoo.

Note:

The name you entered under What's your name will be used in Contacts. You can edit the name after going to Jodoo.

Setting My Profile

Click your avatar and go to My Profile > Security > Password to set/edit the password. Then you can log in to Jodoo by entering your mobile number/email and password.

Signing in an Account

1. Sign in with the password.

Click Sign in in the upper right, fill in the mobile number/email and password, and then click Sign in below.

2. Sign in with the verification code.

In Jodoo, you can enter your mobile number and the verification code to log in to Jodoo.

Inviting a Member

As a business owner, you have full operational access to your business. Before you start working, you can invite members to join the company.

Click Contacts in the upper right corner. Then click Invite to invite members.

Jodoo supports the following three ways to invite members.

1. Add members manually.

You can fill in member information directly to invite them. After members receive the invitation emails, they can join the company by clicking the invitation link.

2. Import members in batches.

When importing members in batches, you need to download the Contacts List Template first, fill in the information according to the template, and then import the members according to the format.

3. Invite by link.

Copy the public link or QR code and send it to members. Then the member can join the company after clicking the link or scanning the code.
