Feature Overview

Publishing a form to all means publishing forms to external members through public links so that they can add, update, and view data. There are three kinds of public links:

Form Fill Link

You can use form fill links in the following scenarios:

How can I collect data from individuals outside my organization?

Share the form publicly so that external participants can access and fill in the form without needing to log in or be part of the organization.

Anonymous Voting/Anonymous Employee Satisfaction Survey

How do I initiate an anonymous vote or survey within my organization?

Configure the form with a password and share it within your organization. This way, employees can access and complete the survey or vote anonymously, ensuring their responses are confidential.

How to Enable Form Fill Link

To enable the link, go to Publish > To All > Form Fill Link, and turn on the button below.

You can send the form fill link to your friends or share it on social platforms. Members can also scan the QR code to access the form.

Share Link for a Record

Share Link for a Record can only be used in regular forms. Workflow forms do not support this feature. After enabling links, you can set field viewing and editing permissions.

Customer Information Collection

If a customer's information is incomplete, how can the salesperson request the customer to complete specific field data?

The salesperson can send this link to the customer, allowing them to access the form directly and complete the missing information.

How to Enable Share Link for a Record

Go to Publish > To All > Share Link for a Record, and enable the link. You can set field permissions in Permission Configuration.

Public Query Link

Scenario

Public query links can help external members query relevant information. After enabling the public query link, you need to set query conditions. Only when all filter conditions are met can the corresponding information be displayed.

Order Information Query

How do I query the order information?

Use the public query link provided by the salesperson. By entering the order number in the designated field, you can access and review the specific order information.

How to Enable Public Query Link

Go to Publish > To All > Public Query Link, and enable the link. You can copy the link or save the QR code and send it to other members so that they can query data.
