Introduction

Feature(s)

Result Page refers to the data or feedback prompt when submitting a form.

Through Result Page, you can set a feedback prompt that will appear after you submit the form. Moreover, the submitted data can be displayed so that you can reuse the data.

Application Scenario(s)

  • In the case of product management, if you save the content when entering product information, you can reuse data and avoid repetitive work.
  • In the case of a questionnaire, after members submit the survey, you can express thanks to them or put a lottery link.
  • In the case of fault repair, after a repairer submits a record, you can tell the repairer that you have received the record, and you will handle it soon.
  • In the case of self-service orders, after a customer submits an order, you can prompt the customer how many points were earned from this consumption, and you can also put a link for the customer to check the order history.

Preview

1. The system will automatically fill in the reserved data when you submit data, and you can reuse the data.

2. After you submit the data, it will display Submitted successfully.

Setting Procedure

Where to Set

Select a form, click Edit, and go to Extension.

Setting Before Submission

1. Save the content.

If you tick Display the Option of "Keep filled information for the next time", members can tick this option under Submit when filling out the form. When they continue to add data, the system can automatically fill in the data, and members can reuse the data they submitted last time.

2. Note.

When members fill out the form through public links, they can reuse non-continuously submitted data.

Setting After Submission

1. Default Page

After you have submitted the form, it will show Submitted successfully.

2. Custom Page

Select Custom Page under After Submission, and you can customize the picture and text style. You can tick Display the Button of "Add Another".

You can also set hyperlinks or insert form data to the prompt message.

For example, change the prompt text to Successful Submission.

Comprehensive Application

After setting the questions and score calculation rules in the online scoring management system, you can create a custom page to display scores directly.
