How to Set Automations?
There are mainly 2 parts when setting Automations: Configure Trigger and Configure Triggered Actions.
Step 1 Configure Trigger
Trigger refers to the triggered condition of Automations. Only when the form meets the condition can Automations trigger the corresponding actions. You can set Trigger, Triggering Form, and Add Condition in Configure Trigger.
After finishing the setting, you can click Complete. Then you can configure triggered actions.
Step 2 Configure Triggered Actions
Triggered Actions refer to the corresponding actions in target form when data in the form meet the Trigger. There is one part of Triggered Actions: Data Processing.
Data Processing includes Create Record, Update Existing Data, Delete Existing Data, and Update or Create Data.
