Remind Method

Introduction

The reminder method is the method for receiving notifications. In the Message Center of Jodoo, App Logs, Usage, and Events&Notes can be promptly alerted to the business owner and system admins through App Messages and Email. Businesses can customize the reminding methods according to their demands.

Application Scenario(s)

For example, in the case of business management, the business owner can receive email reminders to promptly monitor the enterprise's usage, performing necessary upgrades and adjustments accordingly. This way, members can prevent data overruns that could disrupt the business process.

Taking App Logs reminder as an example, the effect of setting App Logs is:

Setting Procedure

Go to the Message Center > Settings, click the message type you want to set, select the reminder method, and choose the member you want to remind.

System Message(s)

System messages are messages kept in the Message Center. After receiving the reminder, members can click to view it.

Email Message(s)

An email reminder means that a reminder will be sent to the recipient via email.

Notes

1. Recipients need to verify their emails before setting the message reminder.

2. For Events&Notes, you cannot send notifications via email.
