Q: Why is new data submitting notification set but not received after data submitting?

You can check that whether the recipients of the new data submitting notification and the data submitters are the same people.

Note: When submitting new data, if the submitters are the recipients, they will not remind themself.


Q: Why is new data updating notification set but not received after data updating?

When an administrator changes data in Manage Data, the notification will not be triggered. When a member visits the form and updates data through the permission set, the notification will be triggered.


Q: What are the methods of pushing notifications?

Notifications can only be pushed by Email.


Q: Why are the fields in print templates incomplete?

If some fields are not set viewable to some members, then they will not be printed out when the members performs custom printing.
