Online Consultation
Admins can log in to Jodoo, click > Support and consult us online.
Email Consultation
Besides online consultation, all users can contact us by email.

Service Time
You can contact support for technical consultation during working hours.
Free Plan
Users of free plans possess regular technical consultation services, and you can contact us by filling in the Contact Support form and by sending us emails during working hours.

Note: Public holidays are not included.
Advanced Plan
Advanced plans provide more professional and experienced support for you. Service time for technical support can be prolonged in the workday and weekend.

Notes
For advanced plans and above, admins provide no service in weekends and holidays, but creators and system admins provide. You can also consult us by online consultation. Go to Workspace, click > Support, and you can fill and submit the form to contact us.
You can select different forms based on questions you want to ask.
