Quick Tutorial

This article gives a general introduction to the core features of Jodoo: App, Form, Workflow, and Dashboard. You can perform these features to receive messages, process businesses, and perform operations such as data entry, query, sharing, and analysis.

App

In Jodoo, an app is a system that includes various forms, dashboards, and other features.

For example, you can create an app named Personnel Management System, and create a regular form named Employee Information, a workflow form named Resignation Application Form, and a dashboard named Employee Address Book in it. Then you can use it to collect and view employee information, or manage the resignation process.

Form

The form is the basic feature of Jodoo, which can be used for data filling and collection. Forms are divided into the following two types:

  • Regular form: support data filling and collection, and allow you to allocate permissions on data management.
  • Workflow form: allow you to initiate an application and transfer data from bottom to top for sequential approvals.

The form provides rich form fields and properties for you. Based on the business scenario and its logic, you can create the application scenarios that meet your company's needs, such as employee registration, leave application, and office supply request.

Workflow Form

In a workflow form, data is transferred from bottom to top. Multiple members participate in the transfer process and submit data in a certain order for approvals.

You can customize workflow nodes, select approvers for each workflow, and set reminders for various business scenarios, such as expense reimbursement and leave application.

Dashboard

A dashboard can help you analyze the collected data and give a multi-dimension and real-time display of the analysis results.

For example, you can use a pie chart to analyze the sales ratio of different products.
