Q: What is a creator?
A creator refers to the person who creates a personal or enterprise account of Jodoo. The creator can set super admins and admins for a company or team in the Jodoo system.
Q: What is the difference between a super admin and an admin?
1. Super Admin: With all permissions, a super admin can manage all apps, set admins and grant permissions to them, and assign certain apps to admins to manage these apps.
2. Admin: An admin does not have the permissions granted to a sub-admin. Therefore, for the admin, there is no admin entry on the page. For details, see Super Admin and Admin.
Q: Why can't I receive the activation email or text message?
1. Check whether your entered mobile phone number or email address is correct.
2. It may be that the email service provider has blocked our sending address. In the scenario, add "@jodoo.com" to the whitelist in the email settings, and then reactivate the login interface.
3. It may be that the SMS is intercepted by the mobile phone. In the scenario, check the intercepted SMS in the SMS settings of the mobile phone and restore it.
4. If it still does not work, submit a service request.
Q: How to sign out of your Jodoo account?
Click your head portrait in the upper right corner of the system, and click Sign out to sign out of your Jodoo account.
Q: How to switch companies/teams?
Click the icon in the upper left corner of the system, and in the pop-up panel, click Switch Company/Team to switch to another team you joined to complete business collaboration.
Q: What is the difference between a personal account and a company account?
Regardless of whether you create a personal account or a company one when registering, there is no difference in functions. You can use the services provided by Jodoo with confidence.
