Displaying fields, as the name suggests, refers to displaying the data (field) that you need to view.

Application Scenarios

If there are too many form fields and you only need to view part of them, you can set display fields as you need.

Preview

The grid will only display the fields, which you have set to be displayed.

Setting Procedure

Both admins and members can set display fields. Admins can set display fields in Manage Data. Members can set display fields in permission sets when viewing records.

2. Set in the permission sets

A member can set display fields when viewing records in a permission set.

Notes

The settings will be retained after you set display fields. If you need to view more data, you need to reset display fields.
