Procedure for Inviting Members

Adding Members One by One

Enter information for the member you wish to add and click the Invite button. An email will be sent to the member containing a link to join your team.

Note

1. In your team, member numbers must be unique and cannot be repeated. Only letters, numbers, and underscores are allowed, with a maximum length of 50 characters.

2. The member number serves as a unique identifier for each member and cannot be modified once it has been manually set.

3. Email is a required field for member invitations. Currently, it is not possible to invite members using their phone numbers.

Importing Members in Batches

To import members in batches, download the Contacts List Template in advance, fill in the necessary information (such as name and email address) according to the template, and then import members to your Contacts.

When you import the members into Contacts, verification messages will be sent to them according to the email addresses you filled in.

Note:

1. To ensure consistent and accurate data, it is essential to download the Contacts List Template in advance. This template provides specific guidelines for the format, which must be strictly adhered to. By following the template's format, you can ensure that the imported data is accurately recorded and easily accessible.

2. You can only import up to 200 members each time. Members already in the contacts or with incorrect information will not be imported.

3. You only need to make changes to the sample data. If you need to enter more data, fill in it in the next rows. There is no need to alter the template format, such as deleting the description above.

Inviting Members by Public Link

1. Send the link or QR code to the members you wish to add. They can click the link or scan the code to join your team.

Note:

If you choose a department and click the Invite button to invite members, they will be added to the department directly after accepting the invitations.

2. When inviting members using public links, you can set an expiration date. The options include 1 day, 3 days, 7 days, 30 days, 365 days, or Never Expire. If the links expire, the invited members cannot join your team using those links.

Note:

1. If you modify the expiration date for a valid invite link, the expiration period will be recalculated starting from the date of modification.
