Inserting QR Codes in Result Page

Data QR Code is the QR code displayed after the form data are submitted. Members can view or update data by scanning the QR code, which facilitates real-time follow-up and timely data updates.

For example, after the member submits the form, the Data QR Code (Internal) will appear.

Data QR Code Types

There are two types of Data QR Codes:

Where to Set Data QR Code(s)

Data QR Code (Internal)

Both regular forms and workflow forms support enabling Data QR Code in the following ways:

Go to Extension > Result Page > After Submission, select Custom Page > Insert Form Field, and select Data QR Code (Internal) from the drop-down list to display internal data QR codes after the form is submitted.

Data QR Code (Public)

1. Enable Share Link for a Record.

If you want to insert Data QR Code (Public), you need to enable Share Link for a Record first. Go to Publish > To All and enable Share Link for a Record.

2. Insert Data QR Code (Public).

After enabling Share Link for a Record, go back to Extension > Result Page > After Submission, select Custom Page > Insert Form Field, and select Data QR Code (Public) from the drop-down list to insert public data QR codes.

Note:

If Share Link for a Record is not enabled, Data QR Code (Public) will not be displayed in Insert Form Field.

Note(s)

1. If you enable Share Link for a Record and insert a public data QR code, later you disable Share Link for a Record, the Data QR Code (Public) that has been inserted will no longer be displayed in the text edit box in Result Page, and the saved QR code will be invalid.

2. Data QR Code (Internal) and Data QR Code (Public) can only be inserted once.

3. Workflow forms only support inserting Data QR Code (Internal).
