System Print

Introduction

Feature(s)

Through system print, you can print form data with the default print template, which is in the form of a table. You can print one single record or multiple records.

Application Scenario(s)

  • To aggregate and manage data in the form of a table, you can print data directly by default print templates.
  • You can display and print one record with detailed information by default print templates.

Preview

1. Print one record.

For example, you can print the record whose product number is 0007.

2. Batch print records.

For example, you can print the data of all products in the form of a table.

Where to Set

Permission Set(s)

Go to Publish > To Members, click Other Settings > Print Templates, and tick Default Print Template.

Node Properties

Go to Workflow, select one node, click Node Properties > Advanced, and enable Submit&Print under Node Actions. Then tick Default Print Template under Print Templates, click OK, and click Complete.

Application Scope

Regular Form(s)

You can use default print templates in regular forms in the following scenarios.

Where to Use

Permission Set(s) and Manage Data

You can print regular forms and workflow forms with default print templates in permission sets and in Manage Data.

Tick multiple records and click Batch Print > Print Table to print records.

You can also click the record to enter the details page, then click Print > System Print to print the record.

Public Query and Share Link for a Record

Through Public Query Link and Share Link for a Record, members can view the corresponding record and click Print to print it.

Note:

If you want to use default print templates to print records through Public Query and Share Link for a Record, you need to ensure that you have not set custom print templates.
