Introduction

A shortcut component is used to add shortcuts in dashboards. You can add links of forms, workflow forms, dashboards, and websites.
Application Scenario(s)
When members view the analysis of data dashboards, they can quickly go to the form to view or submit data and can view the data in other dashboards.

Setting Procedure
Adding a Shortcut Component
Go to Design and click Shortcut on the left panel to add a shortcut:
Setting Component Properties
1. Rename the shortcut.
You can go to Components to rename the shortcut after adding it.
If you do not need to display the shortcut name, untick Show Title.
2. Set the shortcut style.
Setting Shortcut Style is to set how these components are displayed in Shortcut. There are two shortcut styles: List and Card.

3. Add shortcuts lists.
The shortcuts list supports adding App (including apps, forms, and dashboards) and Website.
a. Add apps.
The shortcuts list allows adding apps, forms, and dashboards, which you have permission to access.
b. Add websites.
Shortcuts list allows adding websites.
To add a website URL, you need to set its Name, Link, Icon, and Open in.
Setting Shortcuts Properties
You can further set properties for each shortcut.
Select a shortcut and click Shortcuts to set as follows:
You can customize Title, Icon, and Open in for each shortcut:
Note:
You can only set Open in on PC. Same tab are selected by default on mobile.
Deleting and Sorting
You can delete and sort shortcut components.
Component Size
You can customize the component size of the shortcut as follows:
- Min: set the width to 6/60 rows and the height to 6 grids
- Max: set the width to 60/60 rows and the height to 150 grids
The setting method is as follows:
Component Style
You can customize the background color and title color of the component. To keep the overall style of the dashboard consistent, admins can customize and adjust it according to the corporate style when designing.

Notes
1. Up to 100 charts/components can be added to a single dashboard and the limit is the same as that of shortcut components.
2. Up to 50 shortcuts can be added to a single shortcut component.
3. All added shortcuts will be displayed when members access the dashboard. Clicking a certain shortcut will perform permission checking.
4. When apps, forms, dashboards, and websites added by the shortcut are deleted, they will also be deleted and no longer displayed in the shortcut.
