The Quick Filter tool allows you to add multiple filter conditions to one filter tool.

Application Scenario(s)

The feature is often applied to the scenario where you add multiple filter conditions and you need to obtain the data that meet two or more conditions.

For example, you want to add multiple filter conditions in one filter tool to filter you own data this month/this quarter. In this case, use Quick Filter.

Preview

As shown below, there are two quick filters for filtering your/your department's data this month/quarter. With Quick Filter, members can quickly get the desired data by configuring quick filters.

Setting Procedure

Adding a Quick Filter

Click Quick Filter, and set the tool in the pop-up.

Renaming the Tool

Rename the tool, and then set whether to display it.

Adding Quick Option

Add quick options and rename them.

Set filter conditions for Quick Filter just as you do for the Filter tool. Then select the charts to be filtered and filter fields, configure filters, and click OK:

After setting the filters, add more filter conditions, or edit, delete, and update the filter values of the configured filter conditions.

Note:

For Quick Filter, the filter value has to be set. When you select a certain quick option to filter, the data of charts will be filtered according to the filter value corresponding to the option.

After a filter option is set, if the content of next option is similar to that of the previous, quickly set the filtering of the next option by copying.

After all settings are done, click OK.

Setting the Default Quick Option

Select an option as the default option. Then the system will display the data based on the default option when a member accesses the dashboard.
