Exporting Dashboard
Introduction
Functions
If you set Export Dashboard, you can export the statistical results of the entire dashboard.
Application Scenarios
The function is applicable to work reports, results display, data archiving and other scenarios.

A member/admin with relevant permissions can click to export dashboards.

Note: You cannot export dashboards on mobile.
Setting Procedure
Setting Dashboard Exporting Permission
In a dashboard that needs to be exported by a member, click Publish and enable Export Dashboard.
- Then both the member with the dashboard viewing permission and the admin with the app editing permission can export the dashboard.
- If you have not enabled Export Dashboard, only the admin with the app editing permission can export the dashboard.
Setting the Dashboard Viewing Permission
Besides enabling Export Dashboard, you also need to set View Dashboard in Publish if you expect a member to export the dashboard.
Exporting Dashboards
Select a dashboard you need to export and click .
Notes
1. Even if you set App Watermark, the watermark will not appear on the exported file.
2. You cannot export dashboards on mobile.
3. The exported dashboard remains the same as the original one.
It contains all customized styles;
It retains all charts/components, filter conditions, filter results, and styles such as auxiliary lines and conditional formatting in the chart.
It retains the charts that you have no permission to access, or that are configured abnormally.
4. If there is an error when you export a dashboard or the dashboard cannot be exported, you can use the Chrome browser to export the dashboard.
5. If you click Container, you can only export the page displayed in Container. The part covered by the container component is also absent in the exported dashboard.
