Share App

Introduction

Feature(s)

The business owner and a super admin in Jodoo can share apps with other enterprises by setting App Share Link. Other enterprises can install apps and keep app data through App Share Link.

Application Scenario(s)

In the case of enterprise collaboration, the existing apps and data can be shared through App Share Link to improve the efficiency of enterprise collaboration.

Preview

Once App Share Link is set, other companies can copy the received link to install apps in their Jodoo accounts.

Setting Procedure

Where to Set

Click your avatar, go to Management > Business Settings, and click Settings beside Share App to set App Share Link for app sharing.

Adding an App Share Link

Click Share App and then click  on the Select App page for the app that needs to be shared. After the selection is completed, click OK.

Sharing Apps

After adding an app share link, click Copy or the QR code on the right side of the link to share the app with other members. Once they access the link, they can install the app into their Jodoo accounts.

Deleting an App Share Link

If you believe nothing will be obtained after sharing an app, click Delete on the right to delete the link.

Note:

After deleting an app share link, apps that have been installed will not be affected and can still be used.

Notes

1. If you enable the Cross-App feature for an app, the share link will not be displayed. To share the app. you need to disable the feature first.

2. Apps in the trial do not support this feature.
