Rules of Inviting Members via Email

Introduction

If the number of invitations exceeds the limit when you invite members to join your team/company via email, you can no longer do so via email.

Invitation Limit

Limit Description

1. Users from the paid plan.

If you invited a member to join your team/company via email and the member has not accepted the invitation, you could send 40,000 emails to the member per day.

2. Users from the free plan.

If you invited a member to join your team/company via email and the member has not accepted the invitation, you could send 200 emails to the member per day.

Limit Scenarios

The following scenarios of member inviting may trigger the invitation limit. If the accumulated number of invitations exceeds the limit when you invite members to join your team/company via a method, you can no longer do so via the method.

1. Members

a. You can manually add or batch-import members via emails.

b. Invite All Again/Invite Again

If the member you invited has not joined your company/team, click Invite Again.

Notes

When you import members in batches, if part of the invitation emails exceeds the limit, all members will be imported and receive the emails.
