Setting Procedure

Where to Set

In Extension, go to Print Templates, click New Print Template, and select Excel Template. On the template design page, click , and select Table Printing under Pagination Settings:

DataRow.Table

DataRow.Table refers to rows of data that are printed continuously in the form of a table in Table Printing. Except for DataRow.Table, other rows are only printed once.

1. Setting Method

Fill in the number of start and end data rows under DataRow.Table based on requirements of the table printing style and click OK:

Note:

1. The number of rows in the table cannot be empty, and the maximum number of rows that can be selected is five.

2. The same row of the table cannot be selected for DataRow.Table and repeated printing at the same time.

3. If a row of data has vertically merged cells, and the row is set as DataRow.Table, it must contain the complete vertically merged cells.

2. Example

Take the monthly order review as an example. To set the fifth row (including form fields) for table printing, you need to set it as DataRow.Table:

3. Demonstration

After DataRow.Table is set, you can see the corresponding sign in the data row:

In table printing, the row set as DataRow.Table (The fifth row) is printed continuously in the form of a table, and the rest rows are only printed once.

Setting Rules of Multiple Pages

DataRow.Table can only be set on a single page and DataRow.Table on other pages is only printed once. If you set DataRow.Page on page 1 and then set it again on page 2, you can click Edit to reset. After editing, the setting of DataRow.Table on page 1 will be cleared automatically.

Note(s)

1. When previewing the effect of the print template, only the first record of the form is displayed.

2. When there are multiple pages in the print template, you can only set one pagination method.

3. After DataRow.Table is set, if the cells of DataRow. Table are vertically merged with other tables, or new rows are inserted into the merged cell of DataRow.Table, not all merged cells are included in DataRow.Table, the corresponding DataRow.Table will be marked red as follows:

You need to reset the range of DataRows.Table in Batch Print Settings to ensure that DataRow.Table contains complete vertically merged cells:

4. In addition to printing form data, the output table of a data stream in the Data Factory can also be printed in the form of a table. Click an output table you want to print in App Management > Data Factory, enable Sync output table data into forms, and set table printing in the synced form:
