Business Process
Supporting Sequential Approval
In Ver.6.8.0, you can set Sequential Approval at a node and a workflow can be reviewed by approvers sequentially. If you set Sequential Approval, after a workflow is initiated, the workflow will be transferred from subordinates to superiors, starting from the initiator's direct department head and ending at the top director of this workflow.
For example, in the approval workflow for employee resignations, after an employee submits a resignation request, it must be sequentially approved by the group leader, department head, and team leader. For details, see Sequential Approval.
Note:
The Sequential Approval feature for multiple-level approval process is only available in the new-version workflows.
Supporting Accessing Form Permission Set from Task Details Page
When handling tasks, members usually need to directly access the corresponding forms from the task details page to view the status of other workflows or initiate new workflows.
After this update, it is now possible to access the permission set of the corresponding workflow form directly from the task details page.
Note:
The feature is only available on PC.
Supporting Changing the Number of Node Approvers
When changing approvers on the data details page in Manage Data and permission sets, you can select a different number of approvers.
Note:
You can not change the number of approvers after setting Sequential Approval or adding approvers.
Data Analysis
Supporting Hiding Top Title Bar for Dashboards in Full-Screen Mode
When a dashboard is used as a display screen to display data, it is necessary to display as much information as possible. To better view the data, the top title bar will be automatically hidden when the dashboard is in full screen:
Before the updates, the top title bar would appear.
