Admin Group Query

Introduction

Feature(s)

The Admin Group Query feature allows you to manage all admin groups in the system. You can use it to query admins and app permission scope, and edit admin groups directly within the query results.

Application Scenario(s)

Multi-layered organizational structures and various business scenarios may lead to complex management scenarios. In this case, you can manage and edit all admin groups in the system uniformly through Admin Group Query. For example:

• One member has permissions for multiple apps/forms/dashboards, all app permission scopes of the member can be queried.

• When an app has multiple admins, you can add and delete admins, adjust the app permission scope and so on by editing the admin group.

Query Scope

When querying admin groups, the system supports querying based on admins and app permission scopes.

1. Admins

To query an admin, query the admin's all admin groups and apps based on his/her name. For example, query the app permission scope of the admin Martin.

Note:

Querying external members is not supported.

2. App permission scope

When querying, you can use App Permission Scope to query all admin groups and admins associated with the app/form/dashboard. For example, query the admin and admin group types corresponding to the Resource Management app.
