Introduction

Feature Overview

Time Zone enables admins to set a unified time zone, or allows the system to automatically adjust the time zone based on the location of each user. This feature greatly facilitates the management of transactions in different time zones for admins.

By establishing a unified system time zone, admins can ensure that users in different time zones can seamlessly handle the same transaction processes within the specified time zone. This helps prevent data loss caused by time-related issues within the workflow.

How to Set Time Zone

Where to Set

To set a unified time zone,

1. Click your avatar in the upper right corner.

2. Go to Management > Business Settings > Business Collaboration.

3. Click the Edit button next to your current time zone.

Editing Time Zone

Upon clicking Edit, select or search for the time zone you want from the menu. Then click OK.

Admins need to enter the correct name of the new time zone before changing the system time zone.

Note:

All timestamps within the system are displayed and stored based on the system time zone. Modifying the system time zone can potentially lead to incorrect date calculations in existing dashboards and data factories. As such, use caution when you make changes to the system time zone to prevent any disruptions or inaccuracies in your data.
