Feature Overview

At Admin Activity, admins can analyze the activity within the last year from both an overview and detailed perspective to evaluate and optimize system usage. The statistics can help managers better understand employees' work habits, optimize system configurations, and thus improve work efficiency and management effectiveness.

Scenarios

  • Admin Activity provides the view of editing frequency of each admin during each period for each app. It enables resource allocation and performance optimization.
  • It also provides the view of the activity level of each admin in the company/team, helping work efficiency and data permissions management.

Preview

At Admin Activity, the overview and the details can be viewed in two ways: View by App and View by Admin.

Note:

You can only view the Admin Activity data for the past year.

Overview

At Overview, time-based filtering is available. You can view the number of Users & Times (Edit) for each app within a specific date range, such as a Day, a Week, a Year, or a custom range.

Activity Details

Activity Details provides the comprehensive usage details of various apps and admins. This enables further analysis and optimization when necessary, ultimately enhancing team productivity and system management efficiency.

  1. Select View by App, and view Date, App, Users (Edit), and Times (Edit):
  2. Select View by Admin, and view Date, Admins, and Times (Edit):
