Introduction

Feature Overview

Member Activity provides various perspectives that enable business managers to analyze and evaluate the activity levels of members based on App, Object, and Member. This helps managers understand members’ participation and usage across different apps, and make wise decisions on management and operation.

Scenarios

Member Activity provides the view of using frequency for each app during different date ranges, facilitating usage optimization and resource allocation.
It also provides the view of the usage patterns of specific forms/dashboards, allowing for actions such as unpublishing forms/dashboards that have remained unused for a while.
Managers can view the activities of each member within specific date ranges, and thus understand their work status and identify efficient employees.

Preview

At Member Activity , the overview and the details can be viewed in three ways: View by App, View by Object, and View by Member.

Note:

1. In View by Object, the “Object” refers to: forms, workflow forms, and dashboards.

2. Only the Member Activity data for the past year can be viewed.

3. The data collection mechanism operates with a T+1 delay. That is, the transaction is settled with a delay of one business day. Latency is possible.

4. Data triggered via external links is not included in the statistics.

Overview

In Overview, time-based filtering is available. You can view the number of Users & Times (Log in/Create Data/Edit Data/Delete Data/Export Data) for each app within a specific date range, such as a Day, a Week, a Year, or a custom range:

At Activity Details, the usage frequency at specific dates can be viewed in three ways:
