30-Day Money Back Policy

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for new customers, including any add-ons purchased as part of your paid plan.

If, for any reason, you decide to cancel your account within 30 days of your payment made directly to Jodoo, you are eligible for a refund – please submit your request to the Jodoo Sales Team.

You can request a full refund within 30 days of purchasing your first paid plan subscription. After 30 days, we will not be able to offer a refund. All paid plan subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle.
