Data Capacity

Data capacity refers to the maximum amount of data that can be stored in a Jodoo account and can vary between subscription plans. It is important to choose a plan with enough data storage capacity to meet your business needs.

Here is a list of usage limits of data capacity:

  • Submissions per Month — The maximum number of responses or submissions that can be collected through forms per month.
  • Data Volume per Form — The total amount of data that can be collected from a single form.
  • Fields per Form — The limit on the number of fields you can add to a form.
  • File Upload Size per Workspace per Year — The maximum allowable size of all files uploaded to a single workspace over one year.
  • File Size Limit per Upload — The maximum allowable size for a single file that can be uploaded at one time. This limit helps manage data transfer and storage within the platform.
