What's New
Automations can be triggered with custom buttons now
Starting from this version, you can use custom buttons to trigger automations to perform configured actions, which streamlines your workflow and saves time and energy. Take "Event Check-in" as an example to show how it works. For more details, see Run Automations.
Jodoo supports editing records through custom buttons
Starting from this version, you can edit records on this form through custom buttons. It is suitable for scenarios that need to modify the values of fixed fields in the form, such as filling in the reasons for return, regular reporting of project progress in project management, and filling in the reasons for eliminating candidates. This feature greatly enhances the efficiency of form editing. Taking evaluating employee performance as an example to show how it works.
Jodoo supports grouping records in a table view
After this update, you can group records in a table view by building a set of one or more conditions that will help to categorize the data. This feature is suitable for project/task management, material and product management, organizational structure and other data scenarios. It helps reduce data maintenance costs, improves data management efficiency, and makes data viewing clearer and more intuitive. The following is an example to show the feature.
Jodoo supports choosing when to stash data
After this version, you can choose when to stash data. There are two options: stashing records when initiating the workflow or stashing records when editing data at the start node after initiating the workflow. You can select either option, or both. Here is an example.
What's Enhanced
Calculation Result is moved to Add Formula page
After this update, Calculation Result is moved from the Formula Editing page to the Add Formula page. When the formula is saved for the first time, the system will automatically select the type of calculation result according to the formula rules; after the formula setting is completed, users can modify the calculation result by themselves on the Add Formula page.
