What is Template Center?
Template Center in Jodoo provides you with a wide range of templates for administrative and management that are needed in various industries. These templates comprise well-designed forms, workflows, and dashboards. You can get familiar with building Apps with the help of Template Center.
How to Use Template Center
Step 1 Entering the Template Center Page
There are two ways for you to get to template center.
1. In the page of creating App(s)
You can click New App in the workspace and select Template Center.
In the Template Center, you can search for templates that meet your needs based on different usage scenarios:

You can also click Help in the upper right corner of the workspace and select Template Center.
Step 2 Installing Template(s)
When you enter the template center, you can click the template you need to preview its details. On the template details page, click Install app and data to install it. For example:
- Settings in the app during installation
When you install an app from the template center, the copy rules of the app are as follows:
In-App Settings | Copy Rules |
Automations | Copy the corresponding configurations of Automations. Automations will be turned on after the copy. |
Notifications | Do not copy configurations of Notifications. |
Webhook | Do not copy configurations of Webhook. |
Dashboard – Reminder | Do not copy configurations in Dashboard > Reminder. |
FAQ(s)
Q：Can I preview and select Member/Department fields in a template?
A：Yes, you can preview Member/Department fields in a template, and select member(s)/department(s). The Member field automatically obtains Current User after the template is installed, while the Department field does not get Current User's department during preview/installation.
Q：What permissions can I preview in templates?
A：You can only preview All Data with Permission and Custom Permission in templates.
Q：How can installers grant themselves permissions?
A：During installation, the installer will be automatically added to the permission set.
Q：In installed templates, who will be the default workflow initiator?
A： During installation, Node Approver in a workflow form will be automatically set to be the workflow initiator.
Q：What can I do if I am not satisfied with all the templates in Template Center?
A：If you cannot find a suitable template in the template center, you can send requests for implementation service. Jodoo will update the Template Center according to your needs.
When to Use Template Center?
- In the case of customer relationship management, you can install the CRM System template to manage your customer interactions and analyze sales data.
- In the case of goods management, you can install the Order & Inventory Management template to track purchase orders and record all purchase information.
- In the case of remote work management, you can install the Remote Work Management template to effectively manage your remote teams and streamline communication.
