Functions

a. Workflow History: the process history of the workflow, including the start time, submitter, submitted time, and duration of each workflow node

b. Approval Comment: the approval comments in nodes

Application Scenarios

View the duration and approval comment of each node through Workflow History.

View the version and circulating way of the workflow, the current node, and the current approver through Chart.

Updates

Updates include Approval Comment and Workflow History.

Setting Procedure

Approval Comment can be viewed by default. Workflow History can be decided to display or not.

Select the Vehicle Application form. Click Edit.

Access to updates and flow chart in Workflow > Workflow Properties and click Save.

Note: This operation only takes effect on My Tasks, Initiated, Processed, and CC me in Workspace and apps. Updates and Chart will always be displayed when viewing data in permission sets and Manage Data.

Demonstration

Select the workflow form set right now and submit one workflow record.

The approver makes comments and submit the workflow.

Different members can click single workflow and view its updates from My Tasks, Initiated, Processed, CC me, permission sets, or Manage Data.

Chart

Chart displays the progress and information of the current workflow.

The setting way is same with that of Workflow History in the section "Setting Procedure".

After finishing the settings, click single workflow to view workflow information like version, progress, approver, and so on.
