Workflow Filter

Introduction

Functions

Every workflow page has Filter. You can use it to quickly locate specific data within a large amount of workflow information.

Application Scenarios

Filter can efficiently streamline your search process when dealing with an excessive amount of workflow data across multiple apps which would otherwise cost you a lot of time.

Where to Use

There are two ways to find Filter. They are different in the settings of filter conditions.

Entering Through Workspace

Upon login, you will be directed to the Workspace page. From there, you can access Workflow Center by clicking on any of the following workflow pages: My Tasks, Initiated, Processed, or CC me, and Filter is available on each page.

This example will guide you through accessing the center via My Tasks.

To use the filter, go to the desired workflow page and click Filter in the top right corner, and then select the app you want to filter in the dropdown box.

After defining the app, you can set other filter conditions. The system offers various fixed filter conditions which vary across different workflow pages as follows:

Page Name

Fixed Filters

My Tasks

Initiated User, Initiated Time, Workflow Form, and Current Node

Initiated

Workflow Status, Initiated Time, Workflow Form, and Current Node

Processed

Workflow Status, Initiated User, Initiated Time, Workflow Form, and Current Node

CC me

Initiated User, Initiated Time, Workflow Form, and Task Node

Filtering in App

In addition to accessing from Workspace, you can also find Filter in apps and filter relevant workflow data within the app. Settings for Filter in apps are the same as for Filter accessed through Workspace.

Click any one app in your Workspace, and you can see My Tasks, Initiated, Processed, and CC me in the top left corner.

Unlike Filter accessed via Workspace, you don’t have to define the app to be filtered when you use Filter in the app. The rest setting procedures are the same.

Sorting

You can Sort the filtered data in My Tasks, Initiated, Processed, and CC me.

Notes

1. The options displayed in the Workflow Form dropdown menu are only accessible to members with permissions. Members lacking these permissions can only retrieve data through other filter conditions, such as Workflow Status and Initiated Time.

2. The filtered data will be saved for future reference, allowing you to view the previously filtered data every time the page is opened.

3. Filter conditions settings are stored in the browser cache and are kept for the default duration of 6 months.

4. Filtered data will be saved when you filter on a mobile device. To modify the filtered results, reset the filter conditions.
