Data Recycle Bin

Introduction

Feature(s)

Data Recycle is equivalent to a data transfer station which can retain the deleted data in the form within limited days. The feature is applicable to the scenario where you need to recover the data that was mistakenly deleted, or permanently delete the data you no longer need.

Application Scenario(s)

  • In the case of employee management, if you delete employee information mistakenly because of improper operation, recover the deleted information via Data Recycle.
  • In the case of product management, if certain product data is no longer needed because the product is no longer produced, permanently delete the data.

With Data Recycle, you can handle the complicated situation during data processing, thus making data processing more reasonable.

However, data that was deleted for more than 45 days will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. For details, see Understand Your Account Usage and Limits.

2. The data in Data Recycle does not count towards the total volume, and is only available in Data Recycle.

3. To avoid the impact of excessive data volume on the performance of Data Recycle, the recycle bin is updated. After the update, the recycle bin no longer supports Single Select in terms of data filtering.
