Application Scope

Introduction

Feature(s)

Through the application scope, you can configure which locations can use the template for printing. Multiple custom templates can be created in a form. A custom print template can also be used in multiple locations. Each location can also select multiple print templates.

Application Scenario(s)

• When printing data through custom templates, you should have permission to print.

• When reviewing workflows, you can print data through custom templates.

Preview

When the application scope is limited to the Manage All Data permission set, you can use a custom template to print if you belong to this permission set. If your permission set is View All Data, you cannot use the custom template.
