Setting the Print Template

1. Create a new print template

Go to Extension > Print Templates > New Print Template, and select Spreadsheet Template from the dropdown. You can rename the template as "Outbound Order Print Template".

2. Set the paper size

In the template design tool bar, click (Paper Settings) to set the paper size, orientation, and margins.

3. Design the format

You can type necessary text into the table, and design the layout, adjust alignment, font size, merge cells, insert images, and set background colors according to your needs. In this way, a draft template is finished.

4. Input form fields

Drag the form fields to the appropriate positions in your template. For example, drag the Phone Number and Sales Order Total fields to the locations where you need them to be.

Note: In a subform, if there are multiple subform records, they will be automatically printed on the next row. You can add a blank row, if necessary.

5. Save the template design and set the print scope

After setting up the template, click Save and then click Print Template Settings in the upper right corner. Configure Available Scope and Generated file name.

Demonstration
