What is Sharing Link for a Record?

When you enable Share Link for a Record, it allows a record that has been collected via a form to be shared with individuals outside of your organization.

In some scenarios, you may need non-member users to update or complete some missing information.

Customer Information Collection

If a customer's information is incomplete, how can the salesperson request the customer to complete specific field data?

The salesperson can send this link to the customer, allowing them to access the form directly and complete the missing information.

What Does It Look Like?

You can view and edit some fields without logging in to Jodoo.
