Dashboard Auto Refresh
Updated over a week ago

With dashboard auto refresh, data is refreshed automatically at regular time.

When a dashboard is displayed on a large screen, it needs to be displayed in full screen all time. But the data displayed needs to be refreshed regularly so that business personnel or relevant departments can see the latest one.

What does it Look Like?

You can refresh the dashboard regularly in full screen. You can also view the time of Last refresh and Next refresh.

Note:

Auto Refresh only works in full-screen mode.

Plan Description

This is a paid feature. For details, see Understand Your Account Usage and Limits.

How to Set up?

Step 1 Enabling Auto Refresh

Select a dashboard. Go to Extension and turn on the button under Auto Refresh.

Step 2 Setting Refresh Interval

You need to set the refresh interval after turning on the auto-refresh. The following intervals are supported:

  • 5 Mins

  • 10 Mins

  • 15 Mins

  • 30 Mins

  • 1 Hour

  • 3 Hours

You can set Refresh Interval according to your actual demand. Click Save after setting.

Click Save to save the settings of the whole dashboard and return to the home page of the dashboard.

Demonstration

Select the dashboard set right now and enable the full-screen mode.

You can view Last Refresh and Next Refresh in the top of the dashboard. If you do not need to view data in full screen, you can click Exit full screen.

How to Disable Auto Refresh?

You can disable auto-refresh for dashboards that do not need to be refreshed automatically.

Auto Refresh Rules

1. Auto Refresh only works in full-screen mode.

2. Only chart components can be refreshed (chart components settings and data). Data in Data Factory and Records List cannot be refreshed.
