What Is the Cross-App Feature?.
The cross-app feature allows you to directly access and use form data from other applications within the current app. This removes data silos and enables seamless data sharing across applications.
When to Use Cross-App Feature?
Reusing master data: An Attendance app can directly use employee data maintained in an HR app, avoiding duplicate records.
Centralized analysis: A business dashboard can combine data from Sales and Finance apps for unified analysis.
What Rules Should I Pay Attention to?
Only forms and workflow forms are supported in this feature.
Cross-app forms can be used in the following scenarios:
As data sources in dashboards (Stat Tables and Detail Tables) and Data Factory
In forms, including Data Linkage, Formula, Query Data, and Select Data
In automations, where they can be used as trigger targets
Cross-app forms are not supported in:
Aggregate tables
When configuring cross-app forms, you can only select forms from applications where you have management permissions.

This is a paid feature. For details, see Understand Your Account Usage and Limits.
How to Set Up?
Select an app, go to App Management > Cross-App, and tick forms in apps as required.
What Does It Look Like?
You can select the forms that have been ticked in Cross-App when selecting data sources in forms, dashboards, and Data Factory. Here is an example of selecting data sources in a dashboard:
Note: Cross-app forms can only be selected in locations that support the rules.
Notes:
If a form is later unchecked in the Cross-App settings, all references to that form within the current app (such as data linkage or dashboard data sources) will become invalid.
This may result in errors or empty data in related fields or charts.
