AI Quick Filling is a smart feature from Jodoo that lets you fill out forms automatically—just by describing what you want to submit. Simply type your request, and the AI will pick out the important details, filling in the right fields for you. This makes data entry faster and much more efficient.

Usage Limits
Form Limit: Each organization can enable AI Quick Filling on up to 100 forms.
Submission Quota: Each user can submit up to 50 entries per day (desktop & mobile). Each entry can include up to 900 characters.
Permissions: Only users with permission to fill a form can use AI Quick Filling for that form.
External Forms: Forms from outside your organization are not supported.

How to Set it up?
Step 1 Enabling AI Quick Filling
Open the form you want to configure.
Go to Extension > AI Quick Form Filling, and click AI Quick Filling Configuration to start.
Step 2 Selecting Fields for Filling
On the configuration page, you’ll see a list of fields that can be filled automatically.
Check the boxes for the fields you want the AI to fill. For example, in a Leave Application form, you might select fields like Employee Name, Start Date, and End Date.
Notes:
Each form can have up to 30 fields enabled for AI Quick Filling.
For workflow forms, only fields editable at the “Start” node are available.
Supported field types: Single Line, Multi Line, Number, Date & Time, Radio, Checkbox, Single Select, Multi Select, Member, Members, Department, Departments, Select Data, and Lookup.
Special rules:
For certain fields like Member, Members, Department, Departments, Select Data, Single Select (with Retrieval), and Multi Select (with Retrieval), you can select a maximum of 5 fields in total.
If filters are set for Select Data, Lookup, or Retrieval fields, AI Quick Filling is not supported.
Step 3 Adding a Filling Example
Based on the selected fields, provide a sample entry for users to reference. This helps guide users to accurately describe their needs and avoid errors due to format or missing information.
Step 4 Adding Field Descriptions (Optional)
To improve accuracy, you can describe the meaning and requirements of each field in detail. This assists the AI in correctly identifying and filling in information.
For fields like Select Data, Lookup, and Retrieval, it is recommended to configure field descriptions.
Step 5 Previewing Filling Results
During configuration, you can preview the current settings in real time on the right side of the page and test the filling effect by entering sample requests. Once satisfied, click "Save" to save the configuration.
Step 6 Enabling Quick Filling
After configuration, toggle the Enable switch to activate the feature for the selected form.
Notes:
The form will not be accessible for quick filling unless the switch is enabled.
The Enable option only appears after fields have been selected in Step 2.
If you disable the feature later, your configuration will still be saved.
