Current Version: V10.5.0
What's New?
New Aggregation Table is released.
We’ve launched a brand-new version of the aggregation table with enhanced performance and reduced maintenance costs, delivering a more efficient and reliable experience. Key upgrades include:
Improved Data Source Selection
You can now select specific subforms for calculation, reducing errors caused by mismatched parent-child field configurations.
Existing settings are preserved when changing the data source, minimizing reconfiguration effort.
Support for filtering by workflow status enables you to perform statistical calculations in multiple ways.
2. Enhanced Dimension Configuration (formerly known as Row Headers)
Now supports Date&Time fields, allowing grouping by year, quarter, month, week, or day.
New toggle "Filter out Nulls" to exclude null values from calculations.
3. More Powerful Measure Calculations
You can apply multiplication, division, and selected functions for complex computation scenarios.
We've introduced new aggregate methods: AVERAGE and COUNT.
Aggregate filter enables multi-dimensional analysis from the same data source.
4. Flexible Submission Validation
The new feature “Validations on source form submission” enables you to perform submission validation as needed.
5. Improved Management Efficiency
Aggregate tables can now be duplicated, supporting reuse of existing configurations.
Calculation results are more accessible without opening the configuration page; results can be filtered and sorted directly.
Note:
Legacy aggregate table is no longer supported following this update.
A new Query CC List API has been introduced.
It allows filtering CC’d workflow data from the past 90 days by read/unread/all statuses, enabling better tracking of notification engagement.
Jodoo now supports three additional system languages.
To support global collaboration, Jodoo has added three new system languages:
Russian
Portuguese
Khmer
Currently, it supports 12 languages, ensuring a smoother reading experience for you from anywhere!
What's Enhanced?
The Lookup field now supports Quick Filter.
You can now filter data in layers via Quick Filter within the Field Configuration page, making it easier to locate records in hierarchically categorized datasets.
Related Form field supports Quick Fill now.
When adding a new master form entry, you can now quickly fill related form fields. This includes copy-pasting data directly from Excel into the field and performing batch modifications on the Quick Fill page.
Note:
Quick fill is not supported when editing existing master form records.
Action nodes in Automations Pro are reorganized.
Now the nodes have been organized by function, making it easier to design and manage automated workflows. Categories include:
Data Processing
Logic Node
Data Query
Workflow Operations
Extension
Editing experience is improved for Front-End Events.
We’ve streamlined the editing workflow for existing front-end events to reduce repetitive actions:
Direct Access to Key Settings: Editing now opens directly to the "Trigger and Execute" tab, aligned with common user tasks.
Improved Save Behavior: A new Save button has been added to the "Name" tab, allowing immediate saving without switching tabs.
Note:
This improvement only applies when editing existing events. The creation flow for new events remains unchanged.
Permissions for the Related Form field have been enhanced.
In Data Permission > When viewing/editing records in the master form, it now includes additional operations to offer more granular permission control:
Edit existing data directly: Directly modify data from the related form field.
Delete existing data: You can remove entries directly from the related form.
View data details: Display related form data details according to the user's permissions.
Related form fields within the workflow now support custom permission settings.
This allows you to configure both data permission and display fields per workflow node, improving data security across approval stages.
A row number column has been added to the Related Form field.
Now there is a row number column within the related form field, ensuring easier navigation and record tracking.
Additional nodes are supported in button-triggered Automations.
Automations Pro has extended support for custom button-triggered workflows, now including:
These additions empower users to design more advanced automation flows.
