Announcement: Automation Upgrade Notice

Dear Jodoo Users,

We are excited to announce a major upgrade to our Automation feature! Starting from August 1st, all existing Automations in your account will be automatically and freely upgraded to the more powerful “Automation Pro.”

The upgrade will be rolled out in batches, and the system will automatically create a Compatibility Version for each of your current Automations.


What Should You Pay Attention To During the Migration?

To ensure a smooth migration and continued normal use, please check your current Automations for the following and manually revise them as needed:

  • If any trigger or action node uses “equals” as a filter for Multi Line, Checkbox, Multi Select, Members, or Departments, please change “equals” to “contains.”

  • If any action node filter conditions use a Date & Time field and set the Date & Time field to “equals” a subform field, please modify or remove this condition.

Please review and update your Automation configurations as needed to ensure everything works smoothly after the upgrade.


How Will This Affect You?

  • Enhanced Experience: You will enjoy a simpler building process and more advanced features with Automation Pro.

  • Seamless Transition: The Compatibility Version of Automation Pro will maintain the same enabled status and execution results as your original Automations.

  • No Immediate Loss: All legacy Automations will remain available for a period after the upgrade, so your workflows will not be disrupted.
