Q: Why am I not receiving activation emails?
Please check the following:
Incorrect Email: Make sure you entered your email address or phone number correctly.
Email Blocked: Your email provider might be blocking our messages. Add @jodoo.com to your email whitelist and try activating again.

Q: Why can't I join an organization via the invitation link?
Possible reasons include:
Expired Link: If you clicked the invitation link but didn't complete the process, the link may have expired. Ask your admin to send a new invitation link.
Insufficient Permissions: Log out of your current account, then click the invitation link again to join the organization.
Different Account: Make sure you are logging in with the account that was invited. Switch accounts if necessary, then use the link to join.
Q: Why does my dashboard look different from others?
Possible reasons:
Different Organization: You may be in a different organization. Check if you have switched to another organization.
Different Permissions: Your access to apps, forms, or management features may differ, so your dashboard may not look the same as others.
Q: Why does the link show that I have left the current team?
This happens if you are logged in to an account that belongs to a different organization than the one associated with the link. Log out of your current account and log in to the account that belongs to the organization in the link to access it.
Q: How do I log out of my account?
Click your profile picture in the top-right corner of the system. In the dropdown menu, click the "Log Out" button to exit your account.
Q: How do I switch companies or teams?
Click the icon in the top-left corner of the system. In the panel that appears, click "Switch Company/Team" to change to another team you have joined.
