Updated over a week ago

Current Version: 10.12.0

What's New

Data push now supports triggers based on workflow changes.

We have added a "Push on Workflow Change" type to the Data Push feature. This allows you to automatically push data to your server or third-party systems when specific workflow events occur, facilitating real-time synchronization. Workflow Change Push automatically sends updates to a designated server whenever:

  • The workflow status changes (e.g., a workflow is completed or closed)

  • Workflow tasks are updated (e.g., new tasks, tasks are processed, signed, or rolled back)

  • CC (carbon copy) notifications are generated

Custom Buttons are now available in Gallery View.

You can now utilize Custom Buttons directly within the Gallery View. This allows users to trigger business actions (such as updates or approvals) with a single click while browsing images, eliminating the need to switch views or open individual records.

Custom detail pages are now compatible with mobile devices.

Custom Detail Pages are now fully supported on the mobile app. This update ensures a consistent user experience across platforms, allowing users to view customized data layouts and perform actions seamlessly while on the go.

What's Enhanced

Multi-Line fields now preserve line breaks.

To improve readability, Multi-line Text fields now support line breaks when viewing data in Medium, High, and Fit modes. Content entered with line breaks will appear exactly as typed, offering a clearer and more intuitive reading experience without the text collapsing into a single line.

We have optimized the Summary Card in custom detail pages.

To help members view key data more efficiently, we have upgraded the Summary Card component within Custom Detail Pages:

  • Increased Field Limit: You can now display up to 12 fields (previously 8), allowing for more critical information at a glance.

  • Custom Renaming: You can now rename fields within the card to make them easier for members to understand.

Batch printing now includes data from Related Form fields.

When using custom print templates for batch printing, you can now include data from Related Form fields. This ensures that all related data is printed together, maintaining information consistency and saving time during complex document processing.

You can now adjust the width of Rich Text fields.

We have introduced flexible layout options for Rich Text fields:

  1. Field Width Settings: You can now set a specific width in "Field Properties" or drag the field directly in the form builder to adjust its size, allowing for better form layout design.

  2. Quick Image Resizing: When uploading images via a Rich Text field, you can now quickly resize them using system presets, streamlining the data entry and reporting process.

One master form can now link to up to 100 forms.

To support complex business data structures, we have significantly enhanced the capacity of the Lookup feature. When building relationships between forms, a single master form can now support associations with up to 100 different forms (previously 50).
