Single Sign-On

Introduce what is the single sign-on and how to use it.

Updated this week

What is the Single Sign-On?

Single Sign-On (SSO) allows you to integrate Jodoo into other systems/products (such as an app), connecting the login system, message notifications, and contact system.

For example, if Jodoo is integrated into an OA product, you can access various features of Jodoo in the product without logging in to Jodoo.

In an enterprise with both the OA system and Jodoo, a member can log in to the system through SSO without logging in to Jodoo, thus switching between multiple systems/platforms, and managing businesses more conveniently and efficiently.

Prerequisite

This is an advanced feature that requires the standard or above plans. For details, see Pricing, or contact our Sales Team.

What Does It Look Like?

Log in to your own system, and you can go to the corresponding Jodoo account through the SSO protocol.

How to Set the Single Sign-On?

Step 1 Entering the Setting Page

Click your avatar, and go to Management > Business Settings > Business Security. Then enable SSO, and click Settings to configure the feature.
