This article will show you the support services Jodoo covers and doesn't cover. You can also get the information about the supported language and business hours of our support team.


What does it cover?

Jodoo support primarily covers break-fix issues, which are technical problems that you experience while using Jodoo.

Note: "Break-fix" is an industry term that refers to "work involved in supporting a technology when it fails in the normal course of its function, which requires intervention by a support organization to be restored to working order."


What does it not cover?

Jodoo support doesn't cover the following issues:

  • Customer proposals for product features

  • Onsite support

  • Root cause analysis (investigation of the cause of the issue)

  • Ensure third-party products or hardware work correctly with Jodoo

  • Data recovery

  • Write, review, or debug customer code

  • Developer support for plugins

  • Extensive troubleshooting of performance issues

  • Extensive troubleshooting when a product stops responding or crashes

What Language Does Jodoo Support?

We only provide support and documentation in English at this time.


When is the Jodoo Support Team Available?

Operating Hours:

Our team is available from 09:00 to 17:00 SGT, Monday through Friday.

Holiday Monitoring:

On Singapore public holidays, while regular support is unavailable, we continue monitoring for critical outages to ensure system reliability and performance.
