Custom Plugin Security Agreement

Introduction

In the AGREEMENT, the user of the Website is defined as "You" or "Your" and the provider of the Website is defined as "We", "Us" or "Our".

This agreement describes the rights and obligations related to information and data security between Jodoo users who create plugins and Jodoo. You must read and accept all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, please do not tick the Agreement. You may not be able to use all or part of the features of Custom Plugins. By ticking this Agreement, you are deemed to agree to and comply with the terms of this Agreement.

Agreement Terms

Basic Terms

Custom plugins are code snippets customized by Jodoo users, which can be used to achieve business collaboration with third-party platforms. In addition, you need to comply with the following terms:

1. When we upgrade the open platform in Jodoo, the compatibility of your previously configured custom plugins may be affected. In such case, you need to readjust and adapt the development API. Jodoo is not responsible for any losses caused by the custom plugin adaptation when the open platform is upgraded.

2. When you use the Custom Plugins feature, which involves self-developed code, APIs, and so on, if any risks are caused and then threaten the security of the Jodoo platform and other users, or may cause additional costs and losses to the Jodoo platform and other users, or increase the probability of such risks occurring, Jodoo has the right to claim compensation from you or take legal measures to handle the dispute.

Security Commitment

In addition, you need to comply with the following security terms:

1. You may not use this website and/or any of its related material for any illegal purpose or any purpose prohibited by the Terms of Use, nor may you use this website and/or any of the related material for any illegal activity or other activity that infringes upon the rights of Jodoo or others.

2. You may not access this website or any part of it, or accept any services provided through this website, or connect to any other system or network of Jodoo servers in any unauthorized manner.

3. You agree not to engage in any activity that would take an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the website and its related architecture, systems, and networks.

4. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain the material of this website through means not provided by this website, nor may you use any automated or manual workflow, scraping devices, programs, algorithms, or methods to access, obtain, copy or monitor any material of this website.

5. You are prohibited from attempting to test the vulnerability of this website and/or its network by scanning or other means. You may not perform reverse searches, track, or attempt to track any information about any other users or visitors of Jodoo and this website; nor may you abuse or disclose any services or information within the website in any way.

7. You agree to abide by national laws, regulations, and social public morals when using this website and its material. You may not use this website and the related material to engage in any activity that violates the law, infringes on the rights of others, disrupts social order, or undermines social stability.
