SendGrid

This article introduces the basics of the SendGrid plugin and provides a step-by-step guide on integrating SendGrid with Jodoo.

What is the SendGrid Plugin?

SendGrid is a cloud-based SMTP service platform for sending and managing emails, catering to businesses and developers for bulk email delivery which saves time and effort compared to manual methods.

Now, with the SendGrid plugin integrating SendGrid’s email functionality into Jodoo, you can send emails directly from Jodoo, greatly enhancing efficiency and optimizing your email workflows. Without further ado, let’s show you how to configure the SendGrid Plugin and connect it with Jodoo.

How to Use the Plugin to Integrate SendGrid with Jodoo?

Follow the steps to install the plugin:

  2. Search for the SendGrid plugin.

For a detailed guide, refer to Installing Plugin(s).

Step 2 Configure the Plugin

To successfully connect SendGrid with your Jodoo account, go to the Plugin page, and click  to update the required parameters in the plugin configurations.

API Key is the required parameter, which helps protect the sensitive areas of your SendGrid account (e.g. contacts and account settings) and grants access to SendGrid services. To generate your API key, go to Settings > API Keys and click on the Create API Key button. On the next screen, give a suitable API key name and select Full Access. Then click Create and View and you are done. Once your API key is ready, copy and paste it here. Click here to see the detailed guide on how to generate API keys.
