1. Equipment Inspection

1.1 Input Equipment Profile

Before starting the inspection, the inspector should input the equipment profiles through the following method:

Locate the Equipment Profile form >> Enter the information of all the equipment that needs to be inspected, such as equipment status, equipment code, qquipment name .etc.

1.2 Open the Inspection Form

Inspectors can initiate the inspection process through the following method:

Access Jodoo >> open the Equipment Inspection application >> open the Equipment Inspection Checklist form.

1.3 Enter Inspection Data

Select the equipment for inspection >> Automatically generate the equipment information >> Input inspection records.

2. Equipment Repair

If any abnormalities are detected during the inspection process, the inspector should initiate the equipment repair process.

2.1 Enter Repair Data

Open the Equipment Repair Request form >> Select the equipment which needs repair >> Upload photos or videos of the malfunction, provide a description of the issue >> Submit it to the maintenance department supervisor, waiting for task assignment.

2.2 Assign Repair Task

After the maintenance department supervisor receiving the repair task reminder, he should determine the issue type based on the photos and description, and designates the team and person responsible for this repair task.

2.3 Repair Record

After the repairer finish the repair task, he can fill in the form by recording the finish time, the root cause of the issue and the repair result.

2.4 Check and Accept

After repair, the reporter can check the status of the equipment and fill in the acceptance form.

3. Equipment Maintenance

In equipment management scenarios, equipment often requires periodic maintenance. In such instances, the Equipment Maintenance module within the Jodoo Equipment Inspection application can be employed to schedule maintenance plans and document maintenance records.

3.1 Enter Maintenance Data

Open the Equipment Maintenance Request form >> Select the equipment to be maintained >> Fill in the maintenance record >> Submit the record.

3.2 Submit Equipment Repair Request during Maintenance

During the maintenance process, if the worker identifies equipment damage requiring repair, they can seamlessly submit the repair request by adding a new record in the Equipment Repair field within the maintenance form.

3.3 Submit Spare Parts Replacement Request during Maintenance

Similarly, if new spare parts are needed, the worker can easily submit the replacement requests through the Spare Parts Replacement field within the maintenance form.

3.4 Regular Maintenance Schedule

For regular maintenance, the supervisor can also arrange a detailed schedule for each piece of equipment and assign it to the corresponding person in charge.

Open the Maintenance Plan form >> Select the equipment to be arranged>> Fill in the person in charge, maintenance level, maintenance frequency, and time interval >> Submit.

4. Spare Parts Management

Supervisors can manage spare parts through the Spare Parts Management module. After entering the spare parts profile, users can use the Select Data feature to easily submit spare parts purchase requests and record receipts.
