Description
When there are more than 1 approver in 1 node and the Proceed to the Next Node When is Any one of the approvers submitted, one of the approvers has processed the task.
Cause
If one of the approvers has submitted, transferred, returned, and ended the workflow, other approvers cannot process this task repeatedly. The system will appear the popup window The task has been processed.
Solution
You can click Got it and refresh the page if you use Jodoo system. The task will disappear automatically and there is no need to process it. If you use massages, you can exit the massage directly and process the next task.
The task has been withdrawn
Description
After you have enabled Allow initiators to withdraw, the initiator withdraws the workflow when the approver approves it.
Cause
After the initiator withdrew the workflow, the approver cannot process it and the system will appear the popup window The task has been withdrawn.
Solution
If you use Jodoo system, you can click Got it and refresh the page. The task will disappear automatically. When the initiator submits the workflow again, the approver can continue to process it. If you use massages, you can exit directly and process the next task.
The manager has processed the task
Description
Members who are Jodoo managers or have the management permission can change approver, end, and delete workflow.
Cause
If the manager has changed the current approver as another person, or the workflow is ended or deleted, the former approver cannot process it. The system will show the popup window The task has been processed.
Solution
If you use Jodoo system, you can click Got it and refresh the page. The task will disappear automatically and there is no need to process it. If you use massages, you can exit directly and process the next task.
The task has been submitted automatically
Description
The workflow can be set as auto-submit. If the approver has overrun the preset time when processing the task, the system will submit the workflow automatically. The workflow cannot continue to be processed.
Cause
After the workflow has been submitted automatically, the approver will be notified The task has been submitted automatically when clicking the workflow.
Solution
If you use Jodoo system, you can click Got it and refresh the page. The task will disappear automatically and there is no need to process it again. If you use massages, you can exit directly and process the next task.
The task has been returned automatically
Description
The workflow can be set as auto-return. If the approver has overrun the preset time when processing the task, the system will return the workflow automatically. The approver cannot continue to process it.
Cause
After the workflow has been returned automatically, the workflow will return to the former node. The approver will be notified The task has been returned automatically when clicking the workflow.
Solution
If you use Jodoo system, you can click Got it and refresh the page. The task will disappear automatically and the approver can process it again after the workflow is submitted again. If you use massages, you can exit directly and process the next task.
