Workflow Management Interface

Introduce how to manage your workflow.

Updated this week

What is the Workflow Management?

Workflow management includes four pages:

  • My Tasks: workflow data to be processed by the user, as Approver. You can process tasks of workflows and view the number of tasks.

  • Initiated: workflow data initiated by the user, as Initiator. You can view initiated workflow data and its process.

  • Processed: data processed by the user, as Approver. You can view workflows processed by the user.

  • CC me: data received by the user, as CC Member. You can view workflow data cc to me.

In addition, there is a unified page to initiate workflows and a page to initiate delegation (visible only when the Initiate Delegation function is enabled) in the workspace.

Application Scenarios

  • My Tasks: process tasks of workflows and view the number of tasks.

  • Initiated: view initiated workflow data and its process.

  • Processed: view workflows processed by the user.

  • CC me: view workflow data cc to me.

  • Initiate Workflow: submit new workflow data and transfer the workflow.

  • Initiate Delegation: delegate tasks to others for processing when one is on leave.

What Does It Look Like?

How to Set the Management?

Where to Set

There are two entrances to go to the workflow management page:

  • In workspace: You can process and view all workflow data related to you in Jodoo;

  • In the app: You can process and view workflow data related to you in a certain app.

In Workspace

Log in to Jodoo and go to Workspace.

In the workspace, members can process and view workflows related to them in Jodoo.

Since you can set your workspace style, the management interface may also be shown as:

Click any function item of workflow management to go to the corresponding page:

Workflow

Click one function item from the workspace, and go to the workflow module corresponding to the workflow by default.

You can process workflows in My Tasks, view workflows in Initiated, Processed, and CC me, and initiate limited workflows.

In the App

Log in to Jodoo and you can go to a certain app to process workflows.

Go to an app and you can find pages of My Tasks, Initiated, Processed, and CC me.

Note:

The difference between the app and in workspace is that the workspace displays all workflow data related to you in Jodoo, but the app displays workflow data related to you in this app.

Usage Tips

In Workspace, you can enjoy flexible ways to manage your workflows:

  • Group by Form: managing processes by form sorting, either on the workspace or within the app.

  • Save as Frequently Used Filter: saving frequently used filter conditions as quick-access tabs, with support for renaming.

  • Pin to Top: pinning important or frequently used workflow forms to the top of the Workflow Center for easy access.

Note:

1. The pinned status of a form only takes effect within the current sorting. For example, if Form A is pinned under My Tasks, it will not automatically be pinned in other scenarios such as Initiated.

2. The form will not be displayed when there are no tasks unless it has been pinned.

3. The maximum number of forms that can be pinned under each scenario is 5.
