Feature(s)

There are Data, System Logs, Usage, Events&News, Collaboration, and Settings in Messages.

You can go to Messages to view different types of messages more quickly and efficiently and better manage messages.

Application Scenario(s)

When you receive many different kinds of messages in Jodoo but cannot view them in time, you can go to Messages and deal with them according to the division, which can avoid work tasks delay by message omission.

Message Type

Data

Data includes messages that mentioned you in Advanced, messages in Data Alert, downloading reminders in Batch Print, and so on.

System Logs

In System Logs, you can check the results of member synchronization, operation records of API Key, data push notifications, alerts for data stream execution failure, alerts for data synchronization failure in an output table, and so on.

Usage

There are messages about exceeding free plan limits, single-form data volume, total data volume, and attachment volume in Usage.

You can also click the avatar in the upper right corner of the workspace and go to Management > Plan Details > System Overview to view system usage.

Events&News

There are messages about Jodoo upgrades, event notifications, regular system maintenance, excellent cases push, and live courses in Event&News.

Collaboration

It refers to the messages received during the member-inviting process. There are messages about inviting members, adding recipients, and so on in Collaboration. You can view whether members have joined the team in Collaboration and the invitations sent by other teams.
