2. Custom Frequency

Custom frequency includes Weekly and Monthly.

  • Weekly

If you choose Weekly, you can set reminders for which day or days of the week. For example, you can set a reminder only for weekdays

  • Monthly

Reminders can also be pushed on a fixed day or few days of each month. For example, you can select a few fixed days of the month which are employee activity days. Reminders will be pushed on these days every month.

The date settings for monthly reminders are divided into Specified Date and Relative Date.

  • Specified Date: You can select a specified day or several days of the month to be reminded. (If a reminder is set on the 31st of each month, no reminder will be pushed when there are only 30 days this month)
  • Relative Date: You can set a reminder on the last calendar day. In other words, if a month has only 30 days, then the reminder will be pushed on the 30th day; if a month has 31 days, then it will be pushed on the 31st day.

End Time

Despite of frequency, you also need to set an end time.

Once an end date is set, there will be no more reminders after this date.

Recipients

Recipients can be the head of the department responsible for the data, or a project leader. They can only be internal members.

Content

Content is the title of the reminder. It can help recipients clarify the source and content of the reminder.

Method

Reminder can only be pushed to internal members.

The following image shows the text style of the email reminder.

You need to input complete email information in My Profile to receive mail reminders.

Save and Close

After all settings are done, click Save. If you don't want to be reminded anymore, you can also turn off the reminder.

If you want to make the reminder work, you also need to save the entire dashboard.

Notes

  • Only one scheduled reminder task can be set on one dashboard.
  • When copying the dashboard, the timing reminder of the dashboard will not be copied.
